OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS FROM PRO SE PRODUCTIONS- WRITE TO THE COVER VOLUME TWO

Known for innovative concepts to draw in creators and readers, Pro Se Productions announces today a story call for a second volume of WRITE TO THE COVER.

“We had,” says Pro Se Productions Editor in Chief Tommy Hancock, “such a huge response to the first WRITE TO THE COVER volume that when Jeff offered this fantastic piece of his, it simply screamed WRITE TO THE COVER.  It would take something different and just as phenomenal to follow up Adam’s piece and Jeff’s exciting, mysterious cover definitely fills the bill.”

The WRITE TO THE COVER anthologies are a bit different than most.  Each submissions call starts with a cover instead of a story concept or bible. The image for the first volume (currently in editing and scheduled to be released in 2014) was submitted by Memphis artist Adam Shaw.  All stories accepted into the collection must be based on the accompanying image and this scene must be included in the story, if possible.  In essence, an image is completed before the stories are submitted and stories written based on that image.  

WRITE TO THE COVER VOLUME TWO spotlights artwork by Jeff Hayes.  This piece evokes a variety of possible ideas due to several factors present in the image and offers writer a variety of directions to pursue.

Any authors interested in being a part of WRITE TO THE COVER VOLUME TWO must submit a 2-3 paragraph proposal to Morgan Minor, Director of Corporate Operations at MorganMinorProSe@yahoo.com.  The stories must be 10,000 words in length.  Deadline for Proposals is March 10th. All proposals will be reviewed and responded to within 48 hours of receipt and proposals will be accepted until all slots in the collection are filled.  WRITE TO THE COVER VOLUME TWO will be slated for an early 2015 release.
