DAVID L. RUSSELL-ARTIST
Born in Painesville, Ohio, David studied Industrial Design at the Art Institute in Pittsburgh and Fine Art at: Lakeland Community College and Academy of Art University. Before working for Pro Se, he began his art career in, 2009 working for the local Cleveland, Ohio publishing house, Bystander Press. At Bystander, he has supplied covers and interior art for their comics magazine, Bystander Presents and The Vampire Gazette along with several novels which include: The Expediters, The Galaxy Clan and As With Icarus. He was honored by Pro Se in 2011 by winning the Pulp Ark Award for Best Cover for "Hugh Monn: Private Detective. His other Pro Se contributions include: Hugh Monn Private Detective: Catch a Rising Star, The New Adventures of The Eagle, Creeping Dawn: The Rise of the Black Centipede, The Sting of the Silver Manticore, High Adventure History and Tales of the Vagabond Bards, among others.
