Based in Batesville, Arkansas, Pro Se Productions has become a leader on the cutting edge of New Pulp Fiction in a very short time.

Pulp Fiction, known by many names and identified as being action/adventure, fast paced, hero versus villain, over the top characters and tight, yet extravagant plots, is experiencing a resurgence like never before. And Pro Se Press, publishing New Pulp since August, 2011, is a major part of the revival, one of the reasons that New Pulp is growing by leaps and bounds!

Pro Se is the place to find Super Heroes, Explorers, Fairies, Werewolves, Men's Men, and Femme Fatales.  Specializing primarily in prose books, anthologies, and magazines, Pro Se has made a commitment to 'Put the Monthly Back into Pulp' and continues to do that successfully, producing at least one New Pulp work every month!

Pro Se is an innovator in New Pulp, continually refining its presentation and product and working on exciting new veins of New Pulp to bring to readers and fans of all ages everywhere!

MARK HALEGUA- AUTHOR

Mark Halegua

Mark Halegua earned his BA in English but eventually moved into the computer field and has been an IT consultant for quite a while now. Of course, that's by day (and sometimes night if he needs to fix something when no one is around).

As far as his writing goes, he has not written as much fiction as he would have liked to in the past, but he is currently working on sequels starring his Red Badge character who first appeared in Mystery Men and Women vol II. Plus there's his night before Christmas story that appears in Pro Se Presents #5 from December 2011 in which he turned Santa Claus into a mystery man/crime fighter.

Upcoming is his entry for Pro Se's Shamus Directive, his private detective Kirk Kinnison. He has always liked the P.I. era, but he also has a couple of other projects in the works til then, including a science fiction themed entry to be announced later.

Pro Se keeps Puttin' The Monthly Back Into Pulp with PRO SE PRESENTS #5! This Christmas themed issue proves the Holidays can be Pulpy too! Featuring a preview of THE ADVENTURES OF NICHOLAS SAINT by award winning author Tommy Hancock as well as tales by Joshua Reynolds, Nancy A. Hansen, and Mark Halegua, Pro Se Presents #5 delivers a Christmas One-Two Punch like no other mag! Get yours today!
