Pro Se Productions, a leading Publisher of Genre Fiction and New Pulp, reveals today the cover of an upcoming collection of stories featuring a city first debuted in Pro Se’s best selling BLACK PULP anthology.  Coming soon- The tale of a City of Heroes and Villains. And the man who may be neither or both!

THE BISHOP OF PORT VICTORIA by D. Alan Lewis is a story collection featuring Lewis’ self-created burg of super powers and mysteries, Port Victoria!

THE BISHOP OF PORT VICTORIA chronicles the life of Eric Raven from orphaned street rat to a bastion of power in his nineties in a collection of intertwining stories.  Set in the city Lewis debuted in Pro Se Productions’ ground breaking Black Pulp anthology, these two fisted tales not only feature stunning characters and edge of your seat action, but also explore truly what it means to be a hero and a villainand how a man might just be both.

With stories centered on the city and what it takes to be its savior or destroyer, Pro Se Productions insured the cover not only represented the collection, but also showcased the title character as well as others.  Rendered stunningly by Pro Se artist Jeff Hayes based on a concept developed by Lewis, the cover features the Bishop looming over his city while in the foreground stand a trio of women, all part of a family line of heroes that call the Port home.

“The contrast of light and dark,” Tommy Hancock, Editor in Chief of Pro Se Productions states, “is as evident on the cover as it is in the stories inside.  Heroism stands shiny and bright, even when it may not be. And the darkness overhead, though threatening, could be just the cure for what ails a whole city.  Jeff's cover in so many ways captures the essence of the collection in every way.”

BISHOP OF PORT VICTORIA is scheduled for release in the coming weeks.  For information on this work or interviews with those involved, contact Morgan Minor, Pro Se’s Director of Corporate Operations, at MorganMinorProSe@yahoo.com.  To learn more about Pro Se go to www.prose-press.com.  And like Pro Se on Facebook at www.facebook.com/ProSeProductions.
